Please be clear with your references, it’s important for your final satisfaction.

I can work with descriptions but visual references are much better and show me what you are expecting. Only written description would include a design fee.

If you are describing a character, don’t use terms like ‘beautiful’ or ‘pretty’ etc. It’s different for all people and we can perceive them differently.

I will take creative freedom in all areas you don't describe.

I take full payment after the initial and vague sketch is done and approved by you.

I start to work on commission further only after I receive payment.

Refunds are not possible unless I fail to deliver piece in 3 months since a payment.

Paypal is the only payment method.

All prices are stated in EUR.

Describe your initial idea briefly and then fill commission form I will send to you.

You are allowed to ask for ANY changes during the sketching process until we both agree on the sketch.

After a sketch, I send you an invoice through Paypal.

After sketching phase, you are allowed to ask only for small changes. Big revisions can be done for an additional payment.

I prefer to send sketch - flat colours - full art stages but you can require getting more updates and I have no problem with it.

No changes can be made after I send you the final product UNLESS you are willing to pay for it. It’s why I’m sending you WIPs - this is time for you to give your comments, critique etc.

When it's finished, I will send you full resolution version of art.

Commissions done with those terms of service are for private use. If you wish to change nature of your commission later and buy all copyrights, let me know.

All artworks will have my watermark on it.

It's forbidden to sell my commissioned art as NFTs tokens.

It is forbidden to use my commissioned art to put it into AI technologies for changes/adjustements/anything.

I post commission works on my social media unless asked otherwise. (private commissions have an additional fee)

Clients are allowed to print art and to post/use art on their social media with a CREDIT to one of my social media pages.

Breaking any of copyright rules would result in charging as for full copyrights version of art.
